How it Works
Follow these five simple steps to report a maintenance issue with Secoya's Concierge:
Enter Phone Number
Enter the number you provided in your application or your most recent number.
Enter Verification Code
A verification code will be sent to your phone. Enter this code to confirm your identity.
Answer Questions
Respond to a series of questions to describe the maintenance problem.
Follow Suggestions
The system may offer troubleshooting tips to resolve minor issues quickly.
Submit Request
If the problem persists, provide the required information to log your maintenance request.
Reporting Urgent Maintenance
If an AFTER-HOURS urgent maintenance issue arises please follow the same steps above. If the issue is deemed urgent, a work order will be sent immediately to the appropriate tradesperson.
Urgent Repairs Include:
- Burst water system
- Blocked or broken toilet system
- Serious roof leak
- Gas leak
- Dangerous electrical fault
- Flooding or serious flood damage
- Serious storm or fire damage
- Failure or breakdown of any essential service or appliance provided by an Owner or Agent for hot water, water, cooking, heating, or laundering
- Failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity, or water supply
- Any fault or damage that makes the premises unsafe or insecure
- An appliance, fitting, or fixture that is not working properly and wastes a substantial amount of water
- Serious fault in a lift or staircase
